DESCRIPTION:Handgun Fundamentals is a course designed around the fundamenta
 ls of marksmanship and how to properly apply the fundamentals for accurate 
 shooting.  The course will give explanation of the fundamentals and the wh
 y’s behind them.  A proper understanding of these fundamentals and the w
 hy behind them will allow the shooter to increase their proficiency through
  proper practice. If you have taken a permit to carry course and wondering
